Responsibilities: - Manage executive email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organization. - Oversee executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing conflicts. - Perform general administrative tasks, including preparing documents, coordinating communication, and maintaining records. - Assist with task prioritization and tracking deadlines to ensure smooth workflow. - Provide support in maintaining and organizing business files and processes.
Nice to Haves: - Experience with QuickBooks for managing expenses and bookkeeping tasks. - Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar.
